Shridhar Vyawahare

Shridhar Vyawahare – In his mid-sixties, Mr. Shridhar is a veteran in the HR fraternity. After having worked and gained experience as a Personnel Manager in a Corporate for almost 6 years, the quest for starting-up his own business venture took up his mind. And thus, was born Vaibhav Placements. Under his leadership, Vaibhav Placements has managed to set a benchmark and reach across corners of India.

He is working at National Level for NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management), he has also built a strong network with other industrial associations like MACCIA (Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture), Maharashtra Maritime Board, LUB (Laghu Udyog Bharti), Taj Group of Hotels, ICAI, Institute of Engineers, MSEDCL and many more. A strong believer of Social-Service, he indulges himself into these activities in his leisure time.

Beena Vyawahare

Beena Vyawahare – A Commerce graduate, our Co-founder is the back-bone of Vaibhav Placements. She is involved into the daily activities of the company and handles administration and finance. A teacher called life combined with a self-learning attitude has enriched her with immense experience and knowledge across various fields. Her continuous to strive for excellence is the reason for Vaibhav Placements having reached this milestone.

Always on the look-out for a challenge, she has a flair for handling critical situations and managing people. She also has a knack for getting things done effortlessly. Vaibhav Placements, a brainchild of Shridhar, has been nurtured and brought-up extremely well by Mrs. Beena like a Mother.
